She worked her way through the ranks, holding various leadership and management positions in various departments and mid to large companies. Most importantly, she trained with a team of consultants for several years becoming skilled in process improvement initiatives such as team building, meeting facilitation, process development, problem solving, goal setting, setting expectations, measuring & reporting goals.
