Cindy’s career began over 25 years ago at a large Insurance Company. She worked her way through the ranks, holding various leadership and management positions in various departments and mid to large companies. Most importantly, she trained with a team of consultants for several years becoming skilled in process improvement initiatives such as team building, meeting facilitation, process development, problem solving, goal setting, setting expectations, measuring & reporting goals.
Having spent many years working in sales, operations and project management it became clear that Cindy was ready to take her career in a whole new direction launching her own business Masterminds and Mentors LLC., as an accountability and motivational coach, mentor and speaker.
As a Coach, Cindy helps others to see themselves from a different perspective, rid themselves of limiting behaviors, develop business action plans, deepen their accountability and feel comfortable taking calculated risks to move forward in creating a new direction in their life.
