Have someone over for New Years dinner who would otherwise be alone.
Spend a day at the hospital or rehab facillity visiting patients.
If you are spending the day with someone you know who is in chronic pain and they are your host/hostess, please understand that just because they are going out of their way to make sure you enjoy your visit does not meat that they are “healed” and just fine. Truth be known the most important thing they are doing for you is hiding their pain and trying to ignore it. That is the best gift they can give to you.
Have a very blessed Christmas and Happy New Year.
